The farmhouse is situated on the Contraviesa area of the Alpujarras, in the foothills of the Sierra Nevada mountains and 30 minutes drive from the coast. Set in a rural setting, the town of Cadiar is 10 minutes drive away, for shopping and services. 2 hectares of almond and fig trees on the land to the south of the house, with an area suitable for farming fruits and vegetables. Includes a stable for animals.
